David Martinez is a top-notch professional that will make your house look like it was built yesterday! He is also extremely polite and courteous. It doesn't take long to realize he takes great pride in his workmanship with great integrity as well. For some reason the moss started growing all over the north side of our house this past year and David spent an entire day cleaning out the moss, and believe me, he has state-of-the-art equipment to do the job. When we booked the appointment, David showed up on time. And he was very patient to explain all of our questions. As our house is old and has not been washed for many years. We had concerns that it should be cleaned. David gave us very affirmative answer he can wash out all dirt. During the day, David worked very hard. He had his lunch almost at 3 PM. When we asked him about some hard spots in the wall, David tried multiple ways to get it clean. After his work, our old house looks very new. And all those dirt were washed away. I called MC Pressure Washer due to a house in my neighborhood and wanted them to come on a day off from work.
